About Goodman & Associates

Ron Goodman, President
Florida Survey License #4542
Survey Manager
With over 25 years experience in Florida, my resume
is very diversified. A big part of my background has
been working for large engineering firms where I managed
several multi million dollar projects at once. From
Alligator Alley to the Panhandle, I have worked some
very challenging sites. Our resources for performing
surveys are unlimited, therefore I believe we can accomplish
anything we set out to do. I am proud to say that we
have one of the finest Surveying and Mapping teams ever
assembled.

David Rick
Project Manager
Florida Survey License #6169
Office/Client Relations
I have been surveying in Florida for over 15 years. I currently
manage incoming jobs, making sure they are priced and researched
correctly. I also field most calls and trouble shoot client questions,
concerns and problems. I also check the majority of the surveys
before they go out to the client, making sure that we have met or
exceeded the minimum requirements as set forth by Florida statutes,
the American Land Title Association (ALTA), American Congress on
Surveying and Mapping (ACSM) and Goodman & Associates standards and
procedures.

David Foster
Project Surveyor
Project Manager
I have been surveying in Florida for over 12 years. I currently hold
certification in levels I and II as “Certified Survey Technician” (C.S.T.)
sponsored by the National Society of Professional Surveyors, a member of
the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping and recognized by the
Department of Labor as part of the National Apprenticeship Program. As
education administrator for Goodman & Associates I encourage all employees
to test for the C.S.T. by holding after work and weekend classes as well
as recommend books, on-line information and other study resources. I also
administer copies of the Florida Minimum Technical standards, ALTA/ACSM
Minimum Standard Detail Requirements and Goodman and Associates procedures
and requirements on a regular basis as well as discuss and quiz employees.
I also assist in coordination and scheduling of five crews. I manage and
prepare drawings for most of our larger boundary and topographic surveys,
construction related projects and platting. I also coordinate, schedule
and manage all GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) activities.
